The Plan
Although I have my own formula for introducing products in this industry, every product and product introduction is unique. The first step is to create a narrative that matches and celebrates the designer’s vision — as I did with Trinity Furniture and the launches of Vroom and Ziggy. From there, I help realize the designer’s vision through imagery and literature and develop a plan to distribute it through all marketing channels (website, collateral and price list updates, e-marketing and social media). Ultimately, successful launches support the sales team as well with selling points and competitive analytics; they are the bridge between product development and sales.
